Service Description

My counselling style is client-centered, where I believe everyone has the answers within themselves. Therefore, I am not here to fix anyone, since I believe you are not broken. I am here to help/ guide you to your inner awareness of understanding. Zoom Telehealth meetings only.

Cancellation Policy

Agreement: -Cancellation policy is done a day (24hrs) before the session or you will be charged unless discussed otherwise. -Payment can be through e-transfer. -We will maintain a professional relationship and will respect those boundaries involved. -Termination of a session can be from either you or me. I am committed to being present, honest, open, empathetic, caring, and client-centered. As well, for you to be open, honest, willing, and present. I will help you find answers within yourself and work with you to help you find them.
